Tarkio Currently is looking for a Head Boys and Girls Basketball Coach, as well as other various coaching opportunities. Tarkio R-1 is a small, rural district with less than 350 students. The applicant needs to possess a valid MO teaching certificate or the ability to obtain one. Tarkio offers board paid insurance, local and state paid career ladder, free staff membership to the Tarkio Activity Center, and a base salary of $42,000. Applicants are allowed to bring in all years of experience on the salary schedule.
