| Description: | Gallatin R-V School District is seeking a full-time 5th/6th grade Social Studies teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at Gallatin Middle School. Qualified candidates will be responsible for planning lessons, carrying out effective instruction, evaluating student progress, and maintaining classroom management to ensure student engagement and learning. This position will be responsible for instructing Social Studies. Experience with PBIS will be beneficial. Applicants must possess Missouri Certification and pass a criminal background check. A completed application packet includes the following items: 1) A completed district application, 2) A current resume and letter of interest in the position, 3) A copy of all teaching certificates, 4) A copy of all college transcripts, and 5) A minimum of three (3) letters of reference.
