| Description: | South Holt R-I School District is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Lower Grade Teacher to join our team for the 26-27 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students in a supportive and close-knit community. Location South Holt Elementary School 201 S Barbour St. Oregon, MO 64773 Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Planning, developing, and implementing engaging and age-appropriate 4th-grade curriculum and lessons. Assessing student progress and providing targeted instruction to meet the needs of all learners. Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Collaborating effectively with colleagues, administration, and parents. Adhering to all school and district policies. Qualifications Valid Missouri Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one), preferably with a certification for Elementary Education. Experience teaching at the elementary level is preferred. Strong knowledge of current instructional practices and student assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
