Description:  North Nodaway R-VI School District is seeking a self-contained 6th grade teacher to work in a fun, invigorating learning environment for the 2026-27 school year. This position will be located in the MS/HS facility. The district is practicing the components of a Professional Learning Community (PLC). Come be a part of the learning initiatives that are taking place within the district. We are active in the LETRS training cohorts, and incorporate PBIS. Pay is very competitive and will include healthcare and life insurance. We honor all years of public school teaching experience concerning pay. This person must be appropriately certified (or able to attain certification), plus demonstrate successful completion of a background check. North Nodaway High School is a progressive rural school of 100 students, approximately 10 minutes north of Maryville on Highway 148 in Hopkins.
