Description:  The North Nodaway R-VI School District is accepting applications for a PreK-12 Art instructor due to retirement. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. The candidate will have high expectations for student performance, provide engaging instruction and activities, and use strategies to encourage positive behavior in classroom management. The district is practicing the components of a Professional Learning Community (PLC). Come be a part of the learning initiatives that are taking place within the district. We are active in the Success Ready Student Network preparing students for the real world. Pay is very competitive and will include healthcare and life insurance. We honor all years of public school teaching experience concerning pay. This person must be appropriately certified (or able to attain certification), plus demonstrate successful completion of a background check. North Nodaway R-VI School District is a progressive rural school of 200 students.
