| Description: | The Pattonsburg R-II School District is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Education Teacher for grades 6–12 for the 2026-27 school year. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about preparing students for success in the modern business world through engaging and relevant instruction. Pattonsburg R-II School District is located in a close-knit rural community approximately 25 miles north of Cameron, our district serves around 186 students from preschool through 12th grade. Pattonsburg R-II School District operates on a 4-day week. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment that encourages creativity, professional growth, and strong relationships between staff and students. Qualifications: Valid Missouri teaching certification in Business Education (Grades 7–12) or eligibility to obtain certification. Strong knowledge of business concepts, including accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship, and personal finance. Ability to integrate technology and real-world applications into the curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive business education curriculum aligned with state standards. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to engage students in active learning. Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and support student success. Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school community.
