| Description: | The Cape Girardeau Career & Technology Center is seeking a dedicated Embedded Communication Arts Instructor for Central Senior High School for the 2021-22 academic year. The Embedded Communication Arts Instructor facilitates meaningful learning of the course competencies in the curriculum and proactively supports all facets of the learning environment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education Valid Missouri Teacher Certification Three years as a high school English teacher Successful student teaching Possess the ability to be flexible for cooperation in scheduling with 20 CTC programs. Ability to handle a wide range of student writing skills specific to CTC coursework. Excellent oral and written communication skills Skills in human relations, leadership, and conflict management. Knowledgeable of teaching techniques that meet the diverse needs of students. Demonstrate skills in computer word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
