| Description: | The School District of Cape Girardeau is seeking a dedicated Maintenance II - Carpentry worker for the 2021-22 academic year. The Maintenance II worker shall demonstrate aptitude for the successful performance of the tasks listed. And to provide staff and students with an attractive, comfortable, and safe environment in which to work and learn. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work on multiple projects at once. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to always maintain confidentiality. Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills; including the ability to prioritize. Ability to work with others on multiple tasks/projects and complete assignments with specified deadlines. Ability to lead and offer guidance to others. Ability to work with a wide diversity of individuals. Ability to meet deadlines and to manage time appropriately.
