The East Carter County R-2 School District is seeking a full-time Speech/Language Pathologist. East Carter is located in Ellsinore, which is a short drive from shopping and outdoor activities (lakes, rivers, hiking, kayaking). The district offers a competitive salary and benefit package. The district seeks a candidate with knowledge, experience, and expertise in the areas of oral motor, discrete trial, picture exchange communication systems and the provision of speech/language therapies to students identified with varying degrees of abilities and needs. The applicant must be fluent in the use of technology in therapy, Missouri Learning Standards, IDEA assessment, eligibility and compliance, as well as the development and implementation of IEP’s. Applicants are requested to submit the following: Cover Letter, District Application, Resume, 3-5 letters of recommendation, Copy of Missouri Certification(s), and a Copy of Transcripts.
