| Description: | We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Clever R-V School District in Clever, MO. As a school-based SLP, you will work with students of all ages to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' communication needs Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each student Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve students' communication skills Collaborate with other members of the school team, including teachers, parents, and administrators, to support student success Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding strategies for supporting students with communication needs Attend and participate in team meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-based events as needed Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Proficient in documentation and record-keeping We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.
