| Description: | The Fordland R-III School District is accepting applications for an Elementary teaching position for the 2023-2024 school year. Fordland will be on a 156-student day contract for the 2023-24 school year. The calendar is family-friendly, with larger breaks at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and spring break. The district will have 30 four-day weeks and seven five-day weeks in the calendar for the 2023-24 school year. Applicants must possess appropriate Missouri DESE certification. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate should be capable of being a team member who will work hard to increase academic achievement, be energetic, and show a high level of enthusiasm. Relationships, relevance, and student success is the key focus of Fordland Elementary School.
