| Description: | The Adrian R-III School District is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Resource Room Paraprofessional for the 2023-2024 school year. The resource room paraprofessional supervises students who are assigned to the Resource Room for disciplinary and/or other reasons; performs related tasks as required and directed and; performs work under the direction and supervision of the school administration and classroom teacher(s). The successful candidate will work collaboratively with school staff to develop plans of success for students, work one-on-one with students who need help managing behavior, maintain a student-centered focus, and the ability to create meaningful learning experiences with a diverse student population. Behavior intervention strategies training is required and will be provided.
