| Description: | The Missouri Association of Rural Education has been retained by the North Mercer Co. R-III Board of Education to conduct a search for their next Superintendent of Schools. North Mercer Co. R-III School District is located in Mercer County (Mercer) in Northwest Missouri. School District Information: Elementary Schools - (PK-06) Certified Staff 11 Student Enrollment 82 High School (07-12) Certified Staff - 12 Student Enrollment - 61 Annual Operating Budget $ 3,041,017.00 Total Tax Levy - $4.9296 Assessed Valuation - $20,519,453.00 Reserve Balances 54.37% Administrators 2 Support Staff 17 MSIP: Fully Accredited District Operated Transportation District Operated Food Service Other Programs: o Parents as Teachers Program o MSIP 6 Review Conducted during 2022-2023 school year o FFA, AG, FBLA o A+ Program/Dual Credit with NCMC o 21st Century Grant Before & After School Program o Kauffman Scholarship Program o North Central Career Center Application Time Line: Applications must be received by Friday, October 21st Screening to begin Ongoing during the application period Interviews Tentative Date Week of November 1-4, 2022 Anticipated Hire Date Not later than Friday, November 11th Contract Begins July 1, 2023 Salary/Benefits Information: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000. Administrative experience required/ Central Office administrative experience preferred. Missouri Superintendents Certificate or eligibility thereof required. Board paid health insurance benefits. Initial multi-year contract will be considered District residency is not required.
